DD's Ranch is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item for an exchange or refund. Please contact customer service to receive specific instructions and authorization for your return.
The following conditions apply to all returns and cancellations:
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items originally purchased with free shipping, standard ground shipping expenses incurred by DD's Ranch will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Products must be repacked according to factory standards and show no signs of excess wear or use.
- Order Cancellations: Requests to cancel an order must be submitted by the end of the business day on which the order was placed to avoid penalty. Cancellations processed after this window are subject to a 12% cancellation fee to offset non-reimbursable credit card processing fees and administrative expenses.

Shipping & Regulatory Compliance Policies
All shipping transit to and from DD's Ranch is conducted at the customer's expense and varies based on weight, dimensions, service type, and delivery location. For security purposes, all outgoing shipments are fully insured.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on item availability and your selected carrier options. Shipping rates for weight-based items are determined by carrier guidelines, which require all fractional package weights to be rounded up to the next full pound.
California Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibility
Pursuant to California statutes (including Assembly Bill 1263 and Senate Bill 704), orders containing restricted firearm components, parts, or accessories destined for California addresses must comply with strict state shipping mandates:
- Pre-Order Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that their ordered items comply with all local, state, and federal laws before placing an order. DD's Ranch assumes no liability for orders placed in violation of regional restrictions.
- Age & Identity Verification: Purchases of covered firearm components require verification of a valid, government-issued photo ID establishing that the buyer meets the applicable legal age requirement.
- Address Restrictions: The designated shipping address must exactly match the residential address displayed on the buyer's government-issued identification.
- Standalone Barrel Restrictions: In compliance with state law, unattached standalone firearm barrels cannot be shipped directly to a residential address and must be routed to a licensed California firearms dealer (FFL) for in-person transfer.
