Return & Cancellation Policies
DD's Ranch is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A 15% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
*For customers that wish to cancel their order that are placed and paid for must be cancelled by the end of the business day in which the order was placed or they are subject to the 15% restocking fee whether or not the the customer has taken actual possession of the order or item.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from DD's Ranch is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
